At BOMAZE, we are proud to provide FREE shipping on all orders worldwide!


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.
  • An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 7–12 business days
  • 🌍 Other Countries: 10–15 business days

Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak times or holidays. For international orders, unexpected customs delays may also extend delivery times.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellations.
  • If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response, your order may be canceled.
  • If you need to correct your shipping information, please contact us at support@bomaze.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to update it, changes cannot be guaranteed after this time.

Delayed Delivery

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time. While we strive to ship all orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays or transit disruptions (e.g., severe weather, transportation issues).
  • Product availability or stock issues.
  • Payment verification or address confirmation delays.

If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and work with the courier to get your package to you quickly. However, please note that BOMAZE is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed over to our shipping partners, it is no longer under our direct control.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@bomaze.com and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
  • Most couriers require claims to be submitted directly by the recipient, and additional information may be needed.
  • While BOMAZE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything we can to support you. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement.
  • If your package cannot be located, we also recommend filing a police report for further assistance.
